Project Manager – Business Transformation
(m/w/d) | Fulltime 38,5h

Your Responsibilities:
You plan, design, and manage strategic and transformational projects on your own responsibility – from strategy to implementation and continuous improvement
You develop roadmaps with key activities and milestones, monitor and track progresses and discuss as well as resolve possible issues and risks
You work closely with our Operational Excellence Solutions team to develop an in-depth understanding our business transformation framework and with the market leadership teams to define implementation plans, timing, and resources
You work closely with Solutions team and assist in review As-Is states, perform audits (finance, billing, HR, campaign management, sales) and define To-Be states
You identify, design, and execute plan for staff augmentation within current organization with the aim to reduce risk, facilitate onboarding and improve cost-to-serve
You advise and support the board, management and employees on strategic and transformational issues and present your solutions
You organize workshops, trainings, and documentation to ensure staff is efficient in new ways of working
Your Profile:

Positive, dynamic, enthusiastic; capable of maintaining a high level of energy and team spirit.
Strong project management skills, experience with varied project management methodologies and past exposure of leading an organization through complex transformation
Strong communication skills with excellent presentation, report writing and analysis capabilities. Ability to effectively communicate with the leadership team.
Strong ability to effectively collaborate with multiple levels of the business and functional leaders (geographically distributed)
Excellent personal prioritization and coordination skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines under pressure
Excellent understanding of business operations (way of working, finance, billing, media, creative and CRM), data visualization practices and Business Intelligence tools
